Orders & Payments
We typically take 1-2 business days to process your order. Orders placed after 3pm (EST) Friday and over the weekend will ship by the following Tuesday (if in stock). Our fulfillment center is located in Massachusetts. If product is in stock normal delivery takes 3-5 business days; expedited shipments are possible (at an additional cost).
Most order changes can be accommodated by contacting customer service within 24 hours of placing your order. Email us at: email@example.com.
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, AmEx, Discover) as well as PayPal.
Standard shipping is FREE!
However, if you want items faster than the standard 3-5 business days, you can pay an expedite fee to have items delivered quicker (via Fed Ex).
Currently we only ship to valid addresses in the United States. We plan to offer more destinations soon, so check back often!
Upon order placement, you will receive an e-mail informing you that we’ve received your order. A second e-mail will be sent to you upon shipment from our fulfillment center that lists a tracking number.
Please allow 3-5 business days for standard shipment.
We offer free returns on any order over $50 to/from any contiguous US address. Returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged items within 30 days from purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Any items we receive that are washed/without tags voids the return.
